I’m absolutely over the moon to be joining the cast and pros of Strictly Come Dancing this year. It’s a show I’ve loved watching for so long, and the chance to now be part of it feels like a dream. Ellie Goldstein, a model, has been officially confirmed as the ninth celebrity to compete on Strictly Come Dancing in 2025.

She will join the renowned ballroom this September and was the first model with Down syndrome to appear on the cover of Vogue.

She declared when she joined the class of 2025: "I'm ecstatic to be joining the Strictly Come Dancing pros and cast this year.

Who is Ellie Goldstein?

Ellie's modeling career has also seen her on the covers of publications like Glamour, Elle, Mission Mag, and Euphoria. She has also been in high-profile advertisements for companies like Adidas and Gucci Beauty.

Ellie and Mattel collaborated to introduce the first Barbie with Down syndrome two years ago. More lately, her acting has taken center stage, as she landed a guest starring role in CBBC's Malory Towers.
